Gift Card FAQ

Your gift card can be used to purchase merchandise from our online store at https://onedelightministries.com/shop. Choose from the available products and apply your gift card during checkout.

After your purchase is completed, the gift card will immediately be sent to your email. Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout. Note: if you purchased a gift card, the gift-card email containing your code will arrive separately from your order confitmation email. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox, otherwise contact us directly.

How do I redeem my gift card?

1. Shop for your favorite merchandise in our online store.

2. Add your items to your cart.

3. Enter your gift card code at checkout.

4. Apply the code to use the available balance toward your purchase.

If your order total is higher than the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.

Can I use the gift card in person?

Does the gift card expire?

Gift cards are intended for use in our online merch shop and cannot be used for in-person purchases.

All gift cards include an expiration date. Please check the bottom of your gift card or review the expiration information included in your gift card email.

Can I cancel or receive a refund for a gift card?

What should I do if I do not receive my gift card email?

Gift card purchases are subject to our store’s refund and cancellation policy. Please review our policy before purchasing. If you need assistance with a gift card, contact us with your order details.

First, check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered email folders. If you still cannot find it, confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct and contact us for help.

Can I give the gift card to someone else?

Yes. You may purchase a gift card as a gift. Forward the gift card email to the recipient or provide them with the gift card code securely.

Important Gift Card Notice

Please keep your gift card code safe. Gift cards should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if the code is lost or used by someone else.
